The Paddocks’ is a horticultural project that supports adults with learning disabilities to experience the joys of gardening
The successful candidate will have a vast knowledge of cultivating fruit & vegetables
A good understanding of seasonal sowing, flowering, harvesting and water requirements
They will also be responsible for the general running of the day service
Allocation of roles and planning the day’s activities to ensure a positive experience for all
30 hours per week and rates of pay will be discussed
